How to play

PawnMoves forward one square. Captures diagonally.

RookMoves straight across rows or columns.

BishopMoves diagonally.

KnightMoves in an L shape and can jump.

QueenMoves like a rook and bishop together.

KingMoves one square. Protect it carefully.

This is a friendly kids chess trainer. It teaches basic piece movement and turn taking. Advanced rules such as checkmate, castling, and en passant can be added later.
